When to Visit Cappadocia

You can visit Cappadocia all year round, but every season offers a different experience.

Spring and autumn

April-June and September-October are mild and see the most balloon flights. Ideal for valley hikes.

Summer

Days are hot, so prefer early-morning and late-afternoon plans.

Winter

Snow-covered fairy chimneys are magical and crowds are thin. Pack warm clothes.
